- Cylindrical phantom
The above phantom simulates a real phantom consisting of cylindrical bottles filled with gel materials with various relaxation times shown in the right table. The bottles are fixed in a cylindrical container filled with a gel material. In the cylindrical container, a triangle disk is fixed to identify the axial position of the slice plane. The matrix size of the numerical phantom (PD, T1, T2) is 256 x 256 x 256 with 1 mm cube isotropic voxel resolution.
