- Digital brain phantom
The digital brain phantom was made from a dataset available in the internet.
The original MR image dataset consists of T1 weighted 3D image data set acquired with a RF spoiled gradient echo sequence (TR=18 ms, TE=10 ms, FA=30 deg), T2 weighted image dataset acquired with a multi-slice fast spin-echo sequence (TR=3300 ms, TE=120 ms), and proton density weighted image dataset acquired with a multi-slice fast spin-echo sequence (TR=3300 ms, TE=35 ms). The matrix size of the numerical phantom (PD, T1, T2) is 256 x 256 x 256 with 1 mm cube isotropic voxel resolution.
